Office

Systems that work, and stay secure.

The Technology & Cybersecurity office reviews how your business is built, served, and secured, and tells you plainly what it can and can't see.

Work it takes on.

In Management, the office does this work at the level of autonomy you set. In Advisory, it recommends each step and your team makes the change.

  • Review cloud cost and reliability

Architecture, uptime, and spending in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, with idle resources flagged.

  • Review your security posture

Find exposed systems, weak settings, and the gaps an attacker would try first.

  • Protect your email domain

Set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, so it is much harder to send email pretending to be you.

  • Manage access and vulnerabilities

Review who can reach each system, check two-step sign-in, and track software that needs patching.

  • Prepare for incidents and ransomware

A response plan, tested backups, and who to call if something goes wrong.

  • Plan data, integrations, and AI

Decide who owns your data, how systems connect, and where AI could save real time.

Ask in your own words.

Each answer draws on your connected records and earlier decisions, with any gaps explained.

  • Why is our cloud bill rising when usage is flat?
  • Who still has access after leaving the company?
  • Could someone send email pretending to be us?
  • Are we ready if ransomware hits?

Common questions.

Will Aptic replace our IT provider?

No. It works alongside your IT provider or web developer and helps decide what is worth changing.

Is this a security audit or certification?

No. The office reviews your security and helps you prepare. Formal audits and certifications need an independent assessor.

Will it change our settings?

Only within the permissions and autonomy you set. Sensitive changes always wait for a person.
