Start with the tools you already use.

Aptic's offices work from the tools you already use. Connect supported tools or upload exports, and we will confirm what works before you start.

From your tools to action.

  1. Your tools or files

Share the business data you choose.

  2. One business view

    Aptic compares information across sources.

  3. Action within your settings

Aptic finds what needs attention, then acts or recommends, and flags any data gaps.

What your data can tell you.

Start with one source. Every office works from what you connect, so each source you add sharpens the picture.

Sales and point of sale

Orders, transactions, product mix, discounts, refunds.

Advertising and marketing

Spend, campaigns, audiences, email and campaign performance.

Web and product analytics

Visits, signups, purchases, and product use.

Accounting and finance

Revenue, costs, invoices, budgets, aged receivables.

Operations and fulfillment

Stock, suppliers, delivery times, returns, service and queue times.

Customers and support

CRM records, pipeline, tickets and their topics, reviews.

Work and scheduling

Projects, tasks, time entries, staff schedules, calendars.

Files, exports and spreadsheets

CSV and spreadsheet exports, statements, documents you upload.

You control access and changes.

Connecting a tool lets Aptic read data. Acting in it needs separate permission and follows the autonomy you set.

  • Reading a source does not authorize changes.
  • We request limited access and explain when a tool requires broader permissions.
  • You can revoke access in Aptic or the connected tool.
  • Your data stays separate from other clients. We do not sell it or disclose it for third parties' own advertising.
  • Aptic never holds payment credentials or moves money.

Common questions.

Does connecting a tool let Aptic change it?

No. Reading a source does not authorize changes. Permission to act is granted separately and follows the autonomy you set.

Can I remove Aptic's access?

Yes. Revoke access in Aptic or in the connected tool at any time.

Who can see the data Aptic reads?

Your workspace is separate from other clients. Access is limited to authorized personnel with a documented business need.

How do I know if my tools are supported?

Send us your tool list. We will confirm what connects, what needs an export, and what is not supported.
