How do I choose an autonomy level?
Start with human in the loop. As Aptic proves reliable on your work, move to low-risk autonomy, then to autonomous when you are comfortable.
Can I change the level or pause Aptic?
Yes. Change the autonomy level or pause work at any time.
What will Aptic never do on its own?
High-risk and sensitive actions always need a person, whatever the setting. Aptic never holds payment credentials or moves money.
Who can approve actions?
The people you authorize on your team. Only the owner changes standing rules and goals.
What happens if an autonomous action goes wrong?
It is on the record with its reason and result, so you can see exactly what happened and undo it where the change is reversible. Aptic reports results plainly, including ones that made things worse, and you can lower the autonomy level.
Does connecting a tool let Aptic change it?
No. Reading a source does not authorize changes. You grant permission to act separately, and some connections are read-only.
